Our Services
Classes of Support
Build confidence at work through travel training, on-the-job support, routines, and workplace communication. We can liaise with employers (with your consent).
Assist – Life Stage, Transition
Support for new chapters: leaving school, moving home, starting TAFE or work. We help with goal setting, service linking, daily routines, and settling.
Assist – Personal Activities
Respectful, dignified support with personal care, morning/evening routines, mealtime assistance, hygiene, medication prompts, and getting ready for the day.
Assist – Travel/Transport
Safe transport to appointments, study, work, community events, and social activities. We also offer public-transport/rideshare training for greater independence.
Daily Tasks / Shared Living
AT Access4all Disability Care, we support to live well at home—meal preparation, cleaning shared spaces, laundry, budgeting, shopping, and positive shared-living routines.

Typically within 3–7 days after a quick intake call, risk/safety check, and worker matching. For urgent needs, we’ll prioritise the roster where possible. You’ll receive a clear start date, first-week schedule, and a named contact so you know exactly who’s coming and when.
We work with Plan-Managed and Self-Managed participants. If you’re NDIA-Managed, contact us to confirm current availability for your supports. We’ll always explain how claims/invoicing works and provide simple, itemised statements.
We service Sydney metro and surrounds (e.g., Parramatta, Cumberland, Blacktown, Liverpool, Inner West, Hills, Canterbury-Bankstown, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, and more). If you’re unsure, share your postcode and preferred hours—if we can’t cover, we’ll try to suggest options.
A friendly intake covers your goals, routines, risks, communication preferences, behaviour/medical notes (if any), and ideal times. We confirm your NDIS management type, supports you want to start with, and any allied-health/Support Coordinator contacts (with your consent). Then we send a plain-English Service Agreement and proposed roster.

Yes—subject to availability and NDIS time-of-day rules. We offer weekdays, evenings, and weekends with clear pricing for public holidays and after-hours. Tell us your ideal routine; we’ll build a roster that feels predictable and sustainable.
Absolutely. We provide transport to appointments, study, work, and community activities, plus public-transport/rideshare training to build independence. Travel charges follow NDIS rules and are explained upfront in your Service Agreement.
Our rates follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits. Any relevant travel/non-labour costs are itemised transparently. Cancellations follow the NDIS short-notice policy—we outline the details at onboarding so there are no surprises.
Yes. Team members hold NDIS Worker Screening (and Police Check/WWCC where required) and complete training such as infection control, first aid/CPR, manual handling, medication prompts, incident and privacy practices. We audit practice regularly and welcome feedback.
Yes. We’re experienced with CALD communities and aim to match language and cultural preferences. We can arrange interpreters on request and adapt routines (food, faith, family roles, gender preferences) to ensure supports feel respectful and safe.
